摘 要:基于栲胶法脱硫过程中多酚的氧化还原状态转化,本文采用谱带数据取代传统的单波长数据对Folin-Ciocalteu试剂测定多酚含量进行了条件优化试验及分析,建立了适用于栲胶法脱硫过程中总多酚的定量方法:没食子酸质量浓度为1.0~6.5μg/m L范围内符合线性定量关系,相关系数为0.9997,方法精密度RSD为0.21%、加标回收率在97.4%~108.9%,应用该方法测定了典型栲胶法脱硫液氧化再生过程中总多酚浓度及其变化规律,测定结果表明栲胶中的多酚在氧化再生过程中不能全部被氧化为醌态。The tannin extract desulfurization process is based on the redox state transition of polyphenol. The content of polyphenol in Folin-Ciocalteu reagent was optimized by using the band data to replace the traditional single-wavelength data. The quantitative method of total polyphenol for tannin extract desulfurization process was established. The concentration of gallic acid was linear in the range of 1.0-6.5 μg/m L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997. The precision(RSD) was 0.21%, and the recoveries were in the range of 97.4%-108.9%. The method was applied to determine the concentration of total polyphenol during the regeneration process of typical tannin extract. The results showed that the polyphenols in tannin extract could not be oxidized to quinone in the oxidation regeneration process.
