摘　　要：目的通过对亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因多态性与客家人群食管癌遗传易感性的研究,探讨遗传因素在食管癌发病中的作用。方法采取病例-对照分子流行病的研究方法,选择经病理检查确诊的梅州地区客家人群122例食管癌患者(食管癌组)和同时期123例正常对照(正常对照组),对MTHFR基因rs1801133、rs1537516、rs4846049、rs4846048共4个位点进行基因型及等位基因检测,分析其在两组间的分布特征。结果 MTHFR基因4个位点在梅州地区客家人群中均存在多态性,但两组的基因型和等位基因分布频率差异均无统计学意义。经性别、年龄分层分析结果显示也无统计学意义。结论 MTHFR基因rs1801133、rs1537516、rs4846049、rs4846048位点多态性与客家人群食管癌的易感性可能无关。Objective To investigate the role of genetic factors in esophageal cancer through analyzing the corre- lation between MTHFR genetic polymorphisms and susceptibility of esophageal cancer in Hakka people. Methods A case - control study was performed with the molecular epidemiological methods. A total of 122 esophageal cancer cases （ as the esophageal cancer group） and 123 healthy people （ as the control group） were randomly selected from the Hakka peo- ple in Meizhou. The genotypes and alleles of MTHFR rs1801133, rs1537516, rs4846049, rs4846048 in both groups were detected. Distribution of the genotype and polymorphisms were analyzed between the two groups. Results All of the 4 polymorphisms of MTHFR were found in Hakka people in Meizhou area, but there were no significant differences in geno- type and allele frequencies between the two groups. Age - and sex - stratified analyses showed no significant results. Conclusion The study shows that the genetic polymorphisms of MTHFR rs1801133, rs1537516, rs4846049 and rs4846048 loci may not be related with the susceptibility of esophageal cancer in Hakka people in Meizhou area.
