基于频数分析的刘兰林教授治疗黄褐斑用药规律研究

摘　　要：[目的]探索刘兰林教授治疗黄褐斑的经验特色和治疗规律。[方法]通过收集刘师2014年1月至2015年12月临证所开处方单,对符合黄褐斑证型的处方进行药物归类统计,使用Excel 2010总结各药物出现频次、药性药味、归经的频数分布和所占比例并总结成图表进行描述。[结果]刘师在治疗黄褐斑中擅用的20味常用药为当归、蝉蜕、佛手、柴胡、白芍、僵蚕、蒺藜、赤芍、绿萼梅、白鲜皮、川芎、地肤子、徐长卿、红花、桃仁、丹皮、香附、鸡血藤、白芷、何首乌,为搜风通络、滋阴养血、舒肝理气通络之品,多入肝经、脾经、胃经;药性上寒温并用,辅以平性佐之;药味上多以甘、苦为要,辅用辛以散之。[结论]刘师认为黄褐斑主要责之于肝脾的失调,受风、湿的影响深重,本之于气、血。因此,治疗时要标本同治,强调寒温并用,药用平和。[Objective] To explore the experience and treatment rules of Professor LIU Lanlin in the treatment of chloasma. [Methods] Through the collection of Professor LIU Lanlin clinical prescription by single, according to the chloasma syndromes of prescription drug use statistical classification, Excel 2010 summary of each drug resistance to frequency, frequency distribution of the medicine, and the proportion and summed up into the chart described. [Results]LIU division in the treatment of chloasma in use of 20 kinds of commonly used drugs for Angelica, cicada, citrus chirocarpus, bupleurum, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Bombyx Batryticatus, Tribulus terrestris, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Flos mume, Cortex Dictamni, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Fructus Kochiae, Radix Cynanchi paniculati, safflower, peach seed, cortex Moutan, Angelica, Rhizoma Cyperi, Caulis Spatholobi, where the first Ukraine etc, for dispelling wind and dredging collaterals, nourishing Yin, Shugan Qi and meridians. The medicine, is more for the liver, spleen and stomach; resistance on the cold and warm, with the gentle drugs; taste more sweet and bitter in order to assist with the pungent drug. [Conclusion] Professor LIU Lanlin believes that chloasma is mainly responsible for the maladjustment of liver and spleen, which is deeply affected by the wind and wet. It is in Qi and blood. Therefore, the treatment should be treated nternally and externally, emphasis on cold temperature and use, medical treatment.
