摘 要:目的探讨细胞核因子-kappaB(NF-κB)、磷酸化蛋白激酶B(pAKT)在卵巢癌组织中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法选取2012年1月至2017年1月邯郸市中心医院病理科收集的82例卵巢上皮性癌标本(卵巢癌组)、40例卵巢上皮良性肿瘤组织标本(良性组)、正常卵巢组织(正常组)20例,采用免疫组化染色检测两组标本中NF-κB、pAKT蛋白的表达程度,并探讨其与患者临床病理学特征的关系。结果卵巢癌组织中的NF-κB、pAKT蛋白阳性表达率分别为53.66%、69.51%,良性卵巢肿瘤组织中NF-κB、pAKT蛋白阳性表达率分别为12.50%、22.50%,正常卵巢组织中NF-κB、pAKT蛋白阳性表达率分别为10.00%、30.00%,卵巢癌组织中的NF-κB、pAKT蛋白阳性表达率显著的高于卵巢良性肿瘤组织及正常的卵巢组织(χ~2值分别为26.581、27.765,均P<0.05);Ⅲ期+Ⅳ期卵巢癌组织、低分化卵巢癌组织、发生淋巴结转移的卵巢癌组织中的NF-κB、pAKT蛋白阳性表达率显著的高于Ⅰ期+Ⅱ期、高+中分化、未发生淋巴结转移的卵巢癌组织(χ~2=5.061~26.888,均P<0.05)。结论卵巢癌组织中NF-κB、pAKT蛋白阳性表达率显著的升高,并且与临床分期、组织学分化程度及淋巴结转移有关。Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-κB) and phosphorylated protein kinase B (pAKT) in ovarian cancer. Methods A total of 82 ovarian epithelial cancer specimens (ovarian cancer group) and 40 ovarian epithelial benign tumor specimens (benign group) and 20 normal ovarian tissues (normal group) were collected during January 2012 to January 2017 in department of pathology of Handan City Central Hospital. The expressions of NF-κB and pAKT protein of specimens in two groups were detected by immunohistochemical staining to explore the relationship between the expressions of NF-κB and pAKT protein and the clinicopathological characteristics of the patients. Results In ovarian cancer tissues, the positive expression rates of NF-κB and pAKT protein were 53.66% and 69.51%, respectively. In benign ovarian tumors tissues, the positive expression rates of NF-κB and pAKT proteins were 12. 50% and 22. 50%, respectively, while in normal ovarian tissues, the positive expression rates of NF-κB and pAKT protein were 10.00% and 30.00%, respectively. The positive expression rates of NF^B and pAKT protein in ovarian cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in benign ovarian tumor tissues and normal ovarian tissues (X2 value was 26.581 and 27.765 respectively, both P〈0.05). The positive expression rates of NF-κB and pAKT protein in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ ovarian cancer tissues, poorly differentiated ovarian cancer tissues, and ovarian cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ, high and medium differentiated ovarian cancer tissues, and ovarian cancer without lymph node metastasis (χ^2 value ranged from 5.061 to 26.888, P〈0.05). Conclusion The positive expression rates of NF-κB and pAKT protein in ovarian cancer are significantly increased, and are related to clinical stage, histological differentiation and lymph node metastasis.
