摘　　要：患者女,88岁,汉族,左下肢紫红色斑块、结节1年。皮损组织病理示:真皮内胶原增生,可见多数血管增生,伴血栓形成,部分区域可见内皮细胞增生。免疫组织化学示:CD31(+)、CD34(+)、HHV-8(+)、D2-40(+)。诊断:经典型Kaposi肉瘤。An 88-year-old woman of Han Nationality presented with purplish red plaque and nod- ules on her left leg for 1 year. The histopathology of her lesion revealed the prolifera- tion of collagen and vascular with thrombosis in the dermis, and endothelial cell prolif- eration in some （ ＋）,HHV-8（ ＋ established. areas of dermis.
