摘　　要：为解决目前我国外科住院医师规范化培训面临的关键问题,探索并构建了依托自主学习能力(Self-study)、围绕外科手术理念的培养(Operation concept)、制定分层模块化培训(Stratification module training)目标和利用标准化考核手段(Standard examination)的"SOSS"培训体系。In order to solve the key problems faced by the standardization training for surgical resident physicians in China,the ＂SOSS＂ training system based on self-learning ability, training around the concept of surgical operation, formulating hierarchical modular training goals, and using standardized assessment methods was explored and constructed.
