基于校园一卡通数据的贫困学生消费异常数据检测分析

摘　　要：高校一卡通系统是数字化校园建设的重要组成部分,具有信息服务、身份识别、金融服务、消费等主要功能。利用一卡通系统采集在校生的基础数据,通过数据挖掘技术,进行贫困生辅助认定分析,为学校的奖惩助贷管理和决策提供数据基础。首先通过数据预处理技术提取相关特征;其次利用经验样本进行正态分布验证;最后针对候选贫困生样本采用基于正态分布的一元离群点检测算法进行异常点检测,检测所得异常结果用于学校学生工作人员在对贫困生最终认定时做辅助参考。The university all-purpose card system is an important part of digital campus construction. It includes the main functions of information service, identification, financial service and consumption and so on. We use the all-purpose card system to collect basic data in school students, Through the data mining technology, the analysis of the aid of the poor students is carried out to provide the data basis for the management and decision of the school’s reward,poverty support,punishment and loan.Firstly, the related features is extracted by data preprocessing technique; secondly, the normal distribution is verified by empirical samples;Finally, the outlier detection algorithm based on normal distribution is applied to detect the outliers, and the abnormal results are applied to assist the school student staff in the final identification of poor students.
