摘 要:为明确毕节不同烤烟品种在烟叶力学特性方面存在的差异,并依据其差异设置打叶复烤加工的技术参数,提升不同烤烟品种烟叶打叶复烤的加工质量,研究了云烟87、韭菜坪2号、毕纳1号3个毕节主栽品种烤烟烟叶在粘附力、拉力、剪切力、穿透力等力学特性指标方面的差异。结果表明:毕节主栽3个烤烟品种间在烟叶力学特性方面差异不明显;相同品种不同部位间烟叶样品在拉力、剪切力等指标达到差异显著或极显著水平,呈现的趋势为:上部烟叶>中部烟叶>下部烟叶;云烟87部位间烟叶的穿透力差异达到极显著水平,韭菜坪2号和毕纳1号部位间烟叶的穿透力差异达到显著水平。In order to clear the difference in mechanical property of varieties of flue-cured tobacco in Bijie, the adhesion, tensile force, shearing force and penetration of Yunyan 87, jiucaiping 2 and Bina 1 were studied to promote the threshing and redrying processing quality. The results showed that the difference in mechanical property of the three flue-cured tobacco in Bijie was not significant, the difference in tensile force, shearing force of Same breed but different part flue-cured tobacco has significant or very significant level, and the tensile force, shearing force and penetration of upper leaves are larger, the middle leaves are second, lower leaves are smaller, of all the three flue-cured tobacco. The penetration in different parts of Yunyan 87 reached a very significant level, and Jiucaiping 2, Bina 1 reached a significant level.
