摘　　要：文章阐述医院内审工作的主要内容及模式,探讨在信息化条件下推进内审管理模式的转变,充分利用信息系统对医院经济运行数据进行动态实时监控,促进医院管理水平和经济效益的提高。According to practical work,this paper expounds the main content and model of the hospital internal audit at present,and discusses to promote the transformation of the management model in the condition of information,which is real-time monitoring the data of the hospital economic operation in making full use of information system,to improve the hospital management level and economic benefits.
