摘　　要：军队医院临床实习生教学管理工作是医学院校后期教育管理的重要组成部分,是巩固和加强临床实习生理论知识的有效途径。针对临床实习生教学管理工作特点、规律和要求,结合临床实习生教学管理工作的特点,同时又符合部队医院的需求,采取贴近实际环境需要谋划临床实习生教学、突出现代大学生核心价值观思维理念为重点,抓好基础管理。Teaching management on clinical interns of military hospitals is an important part of medical colleges education management,and is an effective method to consolidate and strengthen their theoretical knowledge. According to the features,rules and requirements of clinical interns teaching management,as well as the needs of military hospitals,the article proposes several key points to emphasize on basic management,which are planning teaching based on the actual environment and highlighting the core value of modern undergraduates.
