摘　　要：目的调查分析医学研究生就业心理情况及行为应对方式,促进应届医学研究生就业。方法采用便利抽样法调查北京协和医学院437名2015届医学毕业研究生的在校学习情况、就业心理及行为应对方式,进行统计分析。结果大部分毕业生认为通过努力就能就业,对就业总体保持积极的心态并从容应对,但也存在焦虑、嫉妒、自卑等不良情绪。在面对违约、求职失败或考博失败等负性事件时,大部分毕业生能选择理性的行为应对方式并寻求外界帮助。面对多次求职失败,多数毕业生愿意降低求职标准。结论合理调节医学毕业生择业心理,增强就业信心,在行为应对方式上加强对就业新途径的认知,提高就业的成功率。Objective To Investigate and analyze the employment psychological condition and countermeasures of medical graduate students and promote employment successfully. Methods Convenience sampling was applied to collect the data of the general social demographic data,learning at school and employment cognition from437 medical postgraduates of Beijing Union Medical College in 2015. Then the analysis was done. Results Most of the graduates thought that they could get a job through hard work. They maintained a positive attitude and could calmly deal with employment in the overall. However,there were jealousy,anxiety,inferiority and other negative emotions existing among graduates. When confronting the negative events,such as default,job hunting failure or not passing PHD exam,most of them can choose rational coping behavior and seek help from outside world. Most graduates were willing to reduce the standard of job hunting in the face of failures many times. Conclusion It is reasonable to regulate medical graduates career psychology,enhance their employment confidence,and strengthening the cognition of new ways of employment in countermeasures,so as to improve the success rate of employment.
