摘　　要：中共中央对于早期党支部的制度设计经历了一个从无到有、从模糊到明确的演变过程,尤其是中共四大召开之后,对党支部的制度设计更加细致和完善。在中共中央的指导和帮助下,安徽早期党支部逐步在寿县、安庆、芜湖等地建立起来,并形成了具有安徽区域特色的基层党组织,其建立据点单一、党员构成主要是知识分子、活动场所主要在乡村社会。与此同时,由于党建理论经验不足、政治局势干扰、地方派系斗争和内部组织关系不明等因素,安徽早期党支部面临诸多困境。The CPC Central Committee5 s system design for the early party branch experienced a process of evo-lution, from vagueness to definiteness. Especially after the Fourth Congress of the CPC, the system design of branch is more meticulous and perfect. With the guidance and help of the CPC Central Committee, the early branch of Anhui Province was gradually established in Shouxian, Anqing, Wuhu and other places, and formed grass - roots party organizations with regional characteristics in Anhui. For example, establishing single strong-holds, most of the party members being intellectuals, and carrying out activities mainly in rural areas. At the same time, due to the lack of experience of party construction theory, the interference from political situation, lo-cal factional struggle and unclear internal organization, the early branches of Anhui were confronted with many difficulties.
