摘　　要：探讨胃癌组织中Caspase-3和c-IAP1的表达水平及意义。通过蛋白印迹Western blot和实时荧光定量PCR技术检测50例胃癌组织和40例正常胃黏膜组织中Caspase-3和c-IAP1的蛋白和基因mRNA的表达水平。结果与正常胃黏膜组织相比,胃癌组织中Caspase-3蛋白和mRNA的表达水平显著降低(P<0.05),Caspase-3蛋白和mRNA的低表达与胃癌的组织分化程度、TNM临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄及浸润深度无关(P>0.05);与正常胃黏膜组织相比,胃癌组织中c-IAP1蛋白和mRNA的表达水平显著升高(P<0.05),c-IAP1蛋白和mRNA的高表达与胃癌的组织分化程度、TNM临床分期、淋巴结转移及浸润深度有关(P<0.05)),而与性别、年龄无关(P>0.05)。Caspase-3和c-IAP1在胃癌中的异常表达均与胃癌的发生、发展有关。To investigate the expression and significance of Caspase-3 and c-IAP1 in gastric carcinoma.The protein and mRNA expression of Caspase-3 and c-IAP1 were detected by western blot and real-time quantitative PCR in 50 cases of gastric carcinoma and 40 cases of normal gastric mucosa.The protein and mRNA expression of Caspase-3 in gastric carcinoma tissues was significantly lower than that in normal gastric mucosa tissues（P〈0.05）.The protein and mRNA expression of Caspase-3 were correlated with histological differentiation,TNM clinical stage,lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）,while there was no correlate with gender,age and depth of invasion（P〉0.05）.The protein and mRNA expression of c-IAP1 in gastric carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosatissues（P〈0.05）.The expression of c-IAP1 protein and mRNA was significantly correlated with the histological differentiation,TNM clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,（P〈0.05）,while there was no correlate with gender and age（P〉0.05）.The abnormal expression of Caspase-3 and c-IAP1 in gastric carcinoma is related to the development and progression of gastric carcinoma.
