维生素联合云南白药治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 研究分析维生素联合云南白药治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果.方法 选取2015年2月至2016年3月期间在本院进行诊治的126例复发性口腔溃疡患者,随机将全部患者分成研究组与对照组,各63例.对照组给予维生素B2、维生素E及叶酸等常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合云南白药进行治疗,所有患者在治疗后均对其进随访12 ～ 18个月,观察分析两组患者疗效及预后.结果 治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组（96.83％比80.95％,x2=12.767,P＜0.05）,溃疡复发率低于对照组（9.52％比26.98％,x2=10.216,P=0.001）.结论 临床中采用云南白药联合维生素治疗复发性口腔溃疡效果较佳,可快速缓解患者病症,降低溃疡复发率,值得临床推广.Objective To study the clinical effect of Yunnan Baiyao combined with vitamin in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods 126 patients with recurrent oral ulcer treated at our hospital from February, 2015 to March, 2016 were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group, 63 cases for each group. The control group were conventionally treated with vitamin B2, vitamin E, folic acid, etc.; in addition, the study group were treated with Yunnan Baiyao. All the patients were followed up 12 to 18 months after the treatment. The curative effect and prognosis in both groups were observed and analyzed. Results After the treatment, the total efficacy was higher and the recurrence rate was lower in the observation group than in the control group （96.83% vs. 80.95%, χ2 =12.767, P 〈 0.05; 9.52% vs. 26.98%, χ2 =10.216, P=0.001）. Conclusions Vitamin combining Yunnan Baiyao for recurrent oral ulcer is effective and can quickly relieve the symptoms and reduce the ulcer recurrence rate, so it is worth being clinically generalized.
