社会化媒体环境下科研人员知识交流与共享平台的研究

摘　　要：【目的/意义】很多科研用户已经利用社会化媒体平台来进行知识交流和共享活动,但这些平台尚未有系统的研究。【方法/过程】论文利用知识管理理论分析了知识交流与共享平台的作用,讨论了SECI模型和这些平台的关系,分析了社会化媒体环境下这些平台的特征。【结果/结论】从知识协同过程管理和协同结果管理两个维度对知识交流与共享平台进行了分类,从各平台支持的资源类型、资源访问机制、资源管理机制、社会化机制四个方面进行了比较研究。最后讨论了一个科研组织的应用案例,给出了不同场景下的使用建议和总结。【Purpose/significance】Many scientific researchers have used social media platforms to conduct knowledge communication and sharing activities, but these tools have not been systematically studied.【Method/process】The paper analyzes the function of knowledge communication and sharing platforms by using the theory of knowledge management, and discusses relationship between SECI model and these platforms, and then analyzes the characteristics of these platforms in social media environment.【Result/conclusion】Based on this, the paper classifies knowledge communication and sharing platforms from two perspectives including process management of knowledge collaboration and outcome management of knowledge collaboration, then compares the four aspects of the platform use, namely, types of resources, mechanism of resources access, mechanism of resources management, and mechanism of socialization. Finally, an application case of a scientific research organization is discussed, and some suggestions and summaries are given for different scenarios.
