摘 要:机电耦合涉及机械和电磁学科的相互影响,不同物理场间的数据传递是实现机电耦合仿真的关键。研究了缝隙天线的机电耦合问题,提出一种基于网格传递的天线机电耦合仿真方法。该方法使用ANSYS对天线进行受力分析,利用APDL语言编写接口程序,获取并导出由受力分析产生的变形网格,导入Hypermesh软件提取变形网格的表面,将变形后的表面网格导入电磁场分析软件FEKO中进行天线电磁性能的计算。利用波导缝隙天线,与实验测试结果进行对比,验证了本文方法的正确性。本文方法可用于分析天线设计阶段的机电耦合仿真分析。Electromechanical coupling involves mechanical and electromagnetic interaction, and data transfer between different physical fields is the key to the electromechanical coupling simulation. An efficient and accurate method based on mesh transmission to analyze the electromechanical coupling of slot antenna is presented. Force analysis of antenna is achieved by ANSYS and the interface program is written by APDL language. The deformed mesh generated by force analysis is obtained and outputted to hypermesh software to extract the deformed mesh surface. The surface mesh is imported into the electromagnetic field analysis software FEKO to calculate the electromagnetic performance of the antenna. The comparison between simulation and measurement results verifies the correctness of the proposed method. This method can be used to analyze the electromechanical coupling of antenna at design stage.
