摘　　要：本文综合概述了QCC在医院临床妇产儿领域的应用研究，包括QCC的发展、活动方法、在妇产儿科健康教育和护理、风险管理、患者满意度、规范临床技术操作以及医务人员教学培训等方面的应用研究。认为QCC可为妇产儿专科医院管理提供新的思路，它是一种以关注质量为核心的管理方法，也是一种持续改进医疗质量与安全的重要手段，能够大大地提高医疗服务的效率和患者满意度。This paper summarizes the application of Quality Control Circle （QCC） in the field of maternity and pediatric field, including the development and methods of QCC. We summed up the application status quo of QCC in the following aspects： health education and nursing in maternity and pediatric, risk management, patients＇ satisfaction, standardized clinical technique and medical personnel training etc. That QCC can provide new ideas for the management of women and children＇s hospital and it, is a kind of attention to quality management as the core, is also an important means of continuous improvement of medical quality and safety, can greatly improve the efficiency of medical service and patients＇ satisfaction.
