绷带型角膜接触镜治疗丝状角膜炎临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究绷带型角膜接触镜治疗丝状角膜炎有效性。方法选取2014年6月~2017年6月我院丝状角膜炎患者76例,依照治疗方法不同分组,各38例。对照组刮除丝状物后采用贝复舒滴眼用凝胶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用绷带型角膜接触镜治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前及治疗后2h、12h、24h、3周时疼痛程度(VAS评分)、角膜上皮愈合情况(FL评分)。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率100%(38/38)高于对照组84.21%(32/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2h、12h、24h时观察组VAS评分及治疗后3周时FL评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3周时观察组VAS评分同对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论绷带型角膜接触镜治疗丝状角膜炎效果显著,可有效降低患者疼痛程度,促进角膜上皮愈合。Objetive To investigate the effect of bandage corneal contact lens in the treatment of filamentous keratitis. Methods A total of 76 cases of filamentous keratitis in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were divided into groups according to different treatment methods,with 38 cases in each. The control group was treated with Befuson eye gel after curettage, and the observation group was treated with bandage contact lens on the basis of the control group. The effects of treatment, the degree of pain （VAS score） and corneal epithelial healing （FL score） before treatment and 2h, 12h, 24h, and 3 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the observation group [100% （38/38）] was higher than that of the control group [84.21% （32/38）], and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） . The VAS score after 2h, 12h and 24h of treatment and the FL score at 3 weeks after treatment of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） . At 3 weeks after treatment, there was no statistical significance in the VAS score between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） . Conclusion The effect of bandage corneal contact lens in the treatment of filamentous keratitis is significant. It can effectively reduce the de-ree of Dain in patients and nromote the healin- nf enrnt-a] anithaliNm.
