肝血管瘤瘤体内注射盐酸平阳霉素的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨肝血管瘤瘤体内注射盐酸平阳霉素的临床疗效。方法收集我院2015年02月至2016年4月期间诊治的61例肝血管瘤患者作为研究对象,采用回顾性分析法对病例瘤体大小、治疗期间不良反应、治疗前后临床症状改善情况等多方面信息进行总结。结果 61例患者总有效率达98.4%(60/61),其中完全缓解20例(32.7%)、部分缓解40例(65.5%);并发症情况分析:本组研究病例肝血管瘤瘤体内注射盐酸平阳霉素后常见并发症有低热、头晕、恶心呕吐、上腹痛、呼吸困难等,但症状都比较轻微,通过积极处理均得到缓解或消失。结论肝血管瘤瘤体内注射盐酸平阳霉素效果良好,它能使病灶尽快缩小,而且治疗安全性高,仅少数或出现呼吸道、胃肠道反应,经过对症处理后得以改善或症状消失,对患体无实质性损伤,总的来说平阳霉素治疗肝血管瘤有效性、安全性都较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate clinical effect of Pingyangmycin hydrochloride injection for hepatic hemangioma. Methods Collect 61 cases hepatic hemangioma patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from Febuary 2015 to April 2016 as study subjects. Review and analyze situation of tumor size, adverse reaction during treatment, clinical symptoms improvement before and after the treatment, and carry on summary. Results Total effective rate of 61 cases was 98.4%（60/61）, including 20 cases of complete remission（32.7%）, 40 cases of partial remission（65.5%）; complications analysis： pingyangmycin hydrochloride intratumoral injection for hepatic hemangioma in the study, common complications include low-grade fever, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, upper abdominal pain, breathing difficulty, but symptoms are relatively mild, which could be relieved or disappeared after active treatment. Conclusion Intratumoral injection of pingyangmycin has good effect for hepatic hemangioma, which can reduce lesions sooner with high treatment safety, a few cases showed respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract reaction, which can be improved or disappeared after symptomatic treatment, with no substantial damage to patients. Generally speaking, pingyangmycin has high effectiveness and safety for hepatic hemangioma, which is worthy of wide clinical application.
