加减逍遥散联合帕罗西汀片治疗抑郁症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究加减逍遥散联合帕罗西汀片治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法选择2016年3月至2017年3月我院收治的86例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式对其随机分组,分为常规药物治疗组和联合药物治疗组,每组43例患者。常规药物治疗组给予患者帕罗西汀片口服,联合药物治疗组在常规药物治疗组的基础上给予逍遥散服用,并且结合患者实际情况加减药物或剂量,判断疗效。结果两组患者HAMD评分结果,治疗前两组评价结果对比无显著差异,治疗后同组间相比,两组抑郁状况随着时间的递增评价分数明显降低。治疗后两组间对比,联合药物治疗组抑郁状况优于常规药物治疗组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。两组患者临床疗效对比,联合药物治疗组显效27例,有效11例,总有效38例,总有效率88.37%;常规药物治疗组显效22例,有效12例,总有效34例,总有效率79.07%,总有效率对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);药物安全性不良反应状况相比,治疗期间联合药物治疗组状况优于常规药物治疗组。结论加减逍遥散联合帕罗西汀片治疗抑郁症有较好的疗效,能显著改善患者的抑郁症状,值得临床应用。Objective To explore curative effect of modified Xiaoyao Powder combined with paroxetine in treatment of depression. Methods Choose 86 cases depression patients in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 as research subjects. Divide them into routine drug therapy group and combined drug treatment group randomly according to treatment methods, 43 cases in each. Routine drug treatment group was treated with paroxetine tablets orally, and combination therapy group with modified Xiaoyao Powder on the basis of routine drug treatment group, and modify dosage combined with actual situation, and study curative effect. Results HAMD scores showed no significant difference before treatment between two groups. After treatment, depression scores of two groups decreased significantly as time went on. Comparison between two groups after treatment showed, depressive status of combined drug treatment group was better than routine drug treatment group（P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Clinical curative effect comparison between two groups showed, 27 cases showed effects in combined drugs therapy group, 11 cases effective, 38 cases in total, with total effective rate of 88.37%; 22 cases showed effect in routine drugs treatment group, 12 cases effective, 34 cases in total, total effective rate was 79.07%, comparison of total effective rate showed statistical significance（P〈0.05）; Drug safety of adverse reactions of combined therapy group during treatment was better than routine therapy group. Conclusion Modified Xiaoyao Powder combined with paroxetine has good effect in treatment of depression, which can improve depressive symptoms of patients significantly, and is worthy of clinical application.
