摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜癌组织中巨噬细胞的浸润情况、CD47表达及其与临床的相关性。方法收集2014年1月至2016年12月在上海交通大学医学院附属国际和平妇幼保健院收治的子宫内膜癌患者共44例,同期在该院行诊刮术,术后病理诊断为增生期子宫内膜、分泌期子宫内膜的患者共24例作为对照。采用免疫组织化学法检测44例子宫内膜癌组织、24例正常内膜组织中CD163(M2型巨噬细胞特异性标志物)和CD47的表达水平,分析其与子宫内膜癌临床病理特征间的关系。结果子宫内膜癌组织中M2型巨噬细胞的浸润数目明显高于正常内膜组织(P<0.05);并且与高病理分级、高FIGO分期、淋巴结转移和脉管浸润有关(P均<0.05)。正常子宫内膜组织和子宫内膜癌组织均表达CD47蛋白,在子宫内膜癌中M2型巨噬细胞的浸润数目与CD47的表达水平呈正相关(r=0.6826,P<0.05)。结论 M2型巨噬细胞的浸润与子宫内膜癌进展可能有一定关系;CD47表达水平与M2型巨噬细胞浸润相关,两者可能在子宫内膜癌的发展和治疗中发挥重要的作用。Objective To study the expressions and clinical significances of M2 macrophages and CD47 in endometrial cancer（EC）.Methods Totally 44 EC patients were collected from January, 2014 to December, 2016 in International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Specimens were collected from 24 patients who were treated with dilatation and curettage during the same period. These specimens confirmed by pathology were diagnosed with proliferative phase endometrium or secretory phase endometrium and were used as control group. Immunohistochemistry was used to evaluate the expression of CD163（a relatively specific marker for M2 macrophages）and CD47 in 44 cases of endometrial cancer and 24 cases of normal endometrium. The relationship between M2 macrophages and clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results There was more M2 macrophages infiltration in EC than in normal endometrium（P0.05）. Besides,number of M2 macrophages in endometrial carcinoma was associated with high pathological grade,high FIGO stage,lymph node metastasis and lymphovascular space involvement（P0.05）.CD47 protein expressed in both EC tissue and normal endometrium. There was a positive correlation between the number of M2 macrophages and CD47 IHC score in EC（r=0.6826,P0.05）.Conclusion M2 macrophages may be associated with the progression of EC. The expression of CD47 is related to the M2 macrophages infiltration in EC and they may play an important role in the progression and treatment of EC.
