摘 要:使用微波消解—石墨炉原子吸收分光光谱仪相结合的方式对日遗化武销毁作业中常见的水样、大气颗粒物和土壤样品总砷的测定进行了研究。结果表明,实验采用的微波消解体系优化了各类样品的前处理条件,提高了消解效率,达到了不错的效果;在加入钯-镁(PdMg)混合基体改进剂及选择合适的石墨炉升温程序的条件下,采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定消解后的各类型样品总砷含量简便快速,RSD为3.0%,各类型样品回收率在90.9%~106.2%之间。The analysis method of the common samples such as water,gas and soil samples in JACW were investigated by microwave digestion and GFAAS. The results showed that the pretreatment conditions of samples by the microwave digestion system were optimized,which improved the efficiency and achieved a good effect; in the presence of palladium-magnesium( Pd-Mg) matrix modifier,the RSD could be up to 3. 0% with a suitable graphite furnace temperature programming,and the recovery for each type of samples was between 90. 9% ~ 106. 2%. The experiment showed that MD-GFAAS could analyze very quickly and easily in total arsenic content of various type samples of JACW.
