摘　　要：目的:研究消化道恶性肿瘤患者红细胞分布宽度(RDW)的特点,探讨其与预后的关系。方法:分析近3年收治的142例消化道肿瘤患者RDW-CV值的特点,研究其与贫血严重度、肿瘤TNM分期、患者Karnofsky评分以及低蛋白血症之间的关系。结果:伴有贫血的消化道恶性肿瘤患者的RDW-CV值明显高于无贫血患者,且与贫血程度呈正相关,肿瘤分期为Ⅲ+Ⅳ期或伴有低蛋白血症患者的RDW-CV值明显高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期或血清白蛋白水平正常的患者,而RDW-CV值与患者的KPS评分无关。结论:消化道恶性肿瘤患者的RDW-CV值与患者的贫血程度、肿瘤TNM分期以及是否伴有低蛋白血症有关,可间接预测患者的预后。Objective： To study the RDW（red blood cell distribution width） and explore its correlation with the clinical prognosis for patients with malignant gastrointestinal tumor. Method： The RDW-CV value for 142 cases with malignant gastrointestinal tumor was reviewed. The correlation of RDW with the patient＇s anemia degree,TNM staging,Karnofsky points and hypoproteinemia was analyzed.Result： The RDW-CV value for malignant gastrointestinal tumor patients complicated with anemia was significantly higher than patients without anemia. The RDW-CV value had a positive correlation with the anemia degree. The RDW-CV value for Ⅲ ＋ Ⅳ stage of tumor patients or complicated patients with hypoproteinemia was significantly higher than Ⅰ ＋ Ⅱ stage of tumor patients or normal ALB patients. The RDW-CV value had no correlation with the patient＇s KPS points. Conclusion： For patients with malignant gastrointestinal tumor,the RDW-CV value is correlated with the patient＇s anemia degree,TNM staging and complications of hypoproteinemia.Therefore,it can make an indirect prediction in the patient＇s prognosis.
