摘　　要：目的:探讨移植技术结合重睑成形术应用于上睑缺损畸形修复中的临床效果。方法:收治上睑缺损畸形患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用自体硬腭黏膜移植+直接闭合法治疗,观察组采用移植技术+重睑成形术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗优良率和并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:移植技术结合重睑成形术应用于上睑缺损畸形修复中的临床效果显著。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of transplantation technique combined with construction of double eyelid to repair defect deformity of upper eyelid.Methods：100 patients with defect deformity of upper eyelid were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with autogenous hard palate mucosa transplantation combined with direct closure.The observation group was treated by transplantation technique combined with construction of double eyelid.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：The excellent and good rate of treatment and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of transplantation technique combined with construction of double eyelid to repair defect deformity of upper eyelid was significant.
