摘  要:采用响应面分析法优化川芎中欧当归内酯A的超声辅助提取工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,以提取时间、液固比、提取温度为响应因子,欧当归内酯A质量分数为响应值,采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法优化,得到最佳工艺条件:液固比13 m L/g,提取温度40℃,提取时间62 min。在最佳工艺条件下,欧当归内酯A质量分数为0.525 mg/g,该值比《中国药典》所用方法的值提高48.7%。The extraction technology of Levistolide A from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. was optimized by response surface methodology( RSM). The single factor test was conducted first,followed by the three factors and three levels response methodology.The ultrasonic extraction time,ratio of liquid to material and extraction temperature were chosen as the factors with the mass fraction of Levistolide A as response value.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:ratio of liquid to material of 13 m L/g,extraction temperature of 40 ℃,and ultrasonic extraction time of 62 min. Under the optimum conditions,the mass fraction of Levistolide A was 0. 525 mg/g with 48. 65% higher than that by the method of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
