系统论视角下研究生培养质量保障体系的构建

摘　　要：在国家"双一流"建设重大战略决策的部署下,构建新时期研究生培养质量保障体系具有重要的意义。根据系统论观点,本文通过对研究生培养质量保障的分类培养体系、资源支持系统和质量监控体系三个子系统进行分析与研究,从研究生培养的源头需求、培养条件的保障建设到可持续发展的质量监控出发,构建研究生培养的质量保障体系,从而全面有效提升研究生的培养质量。Under the deployment of the country＇s major strategicdecision of ＂double first-rate＂ construction, it is of great significanceto construct a quality assurance system for the training ofgraduate students in the new period. According to the systemtheory, the three subsystems of the quality assurance system, theresource support system and the quality control system are analyzedand studied. And from the source demand of postgraduateeducation and the guarantee of education conditions to the qualitycontrol of sustainable development, a quality assurance system forpostgraduate education is built. And then the quality of postgraduateeducation is improved comprehensively and effectively.
