摘　　要：青年大学生积极要求进步,各高校的入党积极分子队伍不断壮大,因此需把发展大学生党员工作的着力点放在对入党积极分子培养教育上。本文探讨如何建立培养过程管理评价体系,如何完善积极分子教育管理体系,对积极分子进行有效培养管理。Because of the undergraduates progress,the Party activist teams in the university constantly grow up.Therefore,the emphasis of Party member development must focuses on the management and education of the Party activists.In this paper,we discuss how to establish the procedure evaluation system in the Party activist training and how to perfect the education and management system of Party activist to effectively manage and cultivate Party activists.
