摘 要:葡萄酒产业涉及第一、第二和第三产业,是大家公认的可持续发展产业、朝阳产业,已成为我国国民经济新的增长点,近年来发展迅速。葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业为葡萄酒产业培养了大量专业人才,为行业的发展提供了智力支持和人力资源的保障,但也暴露了如培养的人才不能很好地满足市场需求等方面问题。本文针对相关问题,结合近年来葡萄与葡萄酒专业教学与实践,谈谈个人对葡萄与葡萄酒专业培养模式改革的几点体会。The wine industry is recognized as the sustainable development industry and sunrise industry,which involves the first,second third industry and has become a new growth point of China's national economy.Grape and wine engineering major has cultivated a large number of professional talents for the wine industry,and provided intellectual support and human resource protection for the development of the wine industry.However,it also revealed some problems.In this paper,based on the related problems and teaching practices,the mode reformation of talent training for grape and wine engineering major was discussed in order to improve t quality of students.
