摘  要:随着科技的发展,耳鼻咽喉科学也走上了快速发展之路。但医学生普遍反映知识点较难,理论与临床脱节,教学效果不佳。在医教协同提出的强化临床实践教学环节,提升医学生临床思维和实践能力的要求下,耳鼻咽喉科学的教学需要进行变革。本文针对教学过程中出现的问题,就引入多样化教学工具、强化临床实践等方面进行了探讨,为更好地培养高层次医学人才提供了可行的思路和建议。With the development of science and technology,otolaryngology has also embarked on the road of rapid development.But the medical students generally reflect the knowledge is difficult,the separation between theory and clinical practice,the poor teaching effect in medical education.The proposed collaborative strengthening clinical practice teaching,improve clinical thinking and practice ability of medical students under the requirement of the ear otorhinolaryngology teaching needs to change.Aiming at the problems existing in the teaching process,the introduction of diversified teaching tools,strengthen clinical practice and other aspects,to provide ideas and suggestions for the high level of medical personnel training better
