摘  要:为确定软枣猕猴桃果实最佳采收期,以"桓优1号"软枣猕猴桃为试材,研究了不同采收期对果实品质和贮藏性的影响。结果表明:软枣猕猴桃果实采收期提前20d照样能够后熟软化,采收期越早,成熟软化所需时间越长,贮藏品质越差,但上市时期不发生变化。软枣猕猴桃果实在从常规采收期(下早霜前)前5d开始果实增重缓慢,接近最大果重,可溶性固形物含量显著增加,但与其他采收期的果实相比,进入软化期和腐烂进程基本一致,因此,从果实的品质角度考虑应从9月25日开始,即可溶性固形物含量达到7.2%开始采收为宜。为了流通运输的需要可适当提前采收,但品质会受到一定影响。Ordering to determine the optimum harvest period for Actinidia arguta,the effects of different harvest period on fruit quality and storage quality were studied with ‘Huanyou No.1’Actinidia arguta.The results showed that when the harvest time was 20 days earlier than usual,the fruit could be still postharvest matured and softened.The earlier the harvest,the longer time required for maturing and softening,and the poorer the storage quality,but marketing time was not changed.Weight of Actinidia arguta increased slowly from 5 days before usual harvest time,approaching the maximum fruit weight,but the content of soluble solids increased significantly,and the softening period and the decay process were essentially in agreement with the fruits harvested at other harvesting periods.Therefore,based on the perspective of the fruit quality,the fruit of Actinidia arguta should be harvested since 25 September,when the content of soluble solids reaches 7.2%.For transporting needs,the fruit of Actinidia arguta can be harvested properly earlier,but the quality will be is affected.
