摘  要:针对骨干专业如何在人才培养过程中发挥示范功效问题,以苏州市职业大学物联网应用技术专业建设为例,通过对物联网行业现状、专业建设问题的分析,提出了"七共合作"人才培养机制,构建了"三层并重"课程体系,打造"专兼结合"的教学项目和智能信息平台,形成了专业知识体系和实践环节结构与物联网产业发展相适宜的良性互动格局。实践证明,通过该体系的建设,教师团队的整体能力、学生综合技能和创新创业能力得到了明显提升。In view of how to be a model in training talents of back bone specialties, this paper analyzes the situation of industry, and professional construction basics in IOT, a case study of Suzhou Vocational University constructing IOT application technology backbone specialty.Talent training mechanism is given on seven aspects of cooperation, the teaching curriculum system is constructed through the multi-mode, three-layer integration and 3+3. It is suggested to forge an intelligent information platform and teaching project of employment and part-time with each other. It is suitable for the development of Internet of things industry that a professional knowledge system and structure of practice is formed. Practical application shows that, through construction of the system, the overall ability of teacher team, students’ comprehensive skills and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship have been improved significantly.
