间断注水法留置螺旋型鼻肠管在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨间断注水法留置螺旋型鼻肠管在急性胰腺炎患者中的可行性。方法采用间断注水法对郑州大学第一附属急诊外科40例需行肠内营养的急性胰腺炎患者进行留置螺旋型鼻肠管,记录成功置入的例数及操作和留置过程中的并发症。结果 40例患者中成功置入螺旋形鼻肠管38例,操作及留置过程中患者耐受良好,能够顺利实施肠内营养。结论采用间断注水法在急性胰腺炎患者中留置螺旋型鼻肠营养管安全、有效、可行,值得在临床上推广。Objective To investigate the feasibility of intermittent water injection indwelling spiral nasointestinal tube in patients with acute panereatitis. Methods 40 patients undergoing enteral nutrition in acute panereatitis from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou Universitywere collected, the intermittent water injection was used, the successful eases of the operation and complications were recorded. Results In the ease of 40 patients with indwelling catheter, the success rate was 95% , and the intubation catheter were well tolerated. Conclusion Intermittent water injection in acute panereatitis indwelling spiral nasal jejunal tube is safe, effective, simple and feasible, it can be applied in clinic.
