依达拉奉联合吡拉西坦治疗大面积脑梗塞的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察依达拉奉联合吡拉西坦治疗大面积脑梗塞的疗效疗效。方法:对40例大面积脑梗塞患者,采取依达拉奉联合吡拉西坦治疗,观察临床治疗效果。结果:痊愈及显著进步21例,有效16例,其治疗的总有效率为92.5%;治疗后血粘度(4.01±0.23)与治疗前(5.13±0.64)相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依达拉奉联合吡拉西坦在治疗大面积脑梗塞之上具有十分显著的疗效,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of edaravone combined with piracetam in the treatment of patients with large area cerebralinfarction. Methods 40 cases of large area cerebral infarction,take edaravone combined with piracetam treatment on it, and observe itsclinical therapeutic effect. Results The cure and significant progress in 21 cases, 16 cases were effective, the total effective rate oftreatment was 92.5%; after treatment, the blood viscosity （4.01 依0.23）was statistically significant （P〈0.05） compared with beforetreatment（5.13依0.64） .Conclusion Edaravone combined with piracetam in the treatment of large area of cerebral infarction hasa verysignificant effect, it is worth promoting.
