摘　　要：伴随着经济的快速发展,企业应加强物流成本的管理。物流管理在企业的各项经营活动中都占据着非常重要的地位,企业应寻求适应自己的方法来降低物流成本,使得该企业在竞争非常激烈的市场中处于不败之地。文中通过分析多种降低物流成本的措施,从而提高企业的经营利润。With the rapid economic development,enterprises should strengthen the management of logistics costs. Logistics management occupies a very important position in various business activities of the company. Enterprises should seek to adapt to their own methods to reduce logistics costs,making the company invincible in a highly competitive society. This article analyzes a variety of measures to reduce logistics costs,thereby improving the company＇s operating profit.
