摘　　要："互联网+"视域下服务长江经济带建设的现代物流人才需要更高的素质,因此,对人才培养提出了更高的要求。文中首先分析了"互联网+"对人才培养提出新要求,接着对长江经济带建设急需的现代物流人才现状与问题进行了分析,最后从四大方面给出了人才培养改革的建议。Modern logistics personnel training mode reform and Practice of the Yangtze River Economic Belt regional in the＂Internet plus＂perspective needs more high quality,which has put forward higher requirements for talents. This paper analyzes the ＂Internet plus ＂put forward new requirements for personnel training,then the problems and current situation of modern logistics talents of the Yangtze River economic belt construction need to be analyzed,finally,gives suggestions to the reform of personnel training from four aspects.
