摘　　要：本科生双导师制可以解决当前中医学本科生教育中存在的一些问题和矛盾。我校开展了理论课与临床课双导师制教学改革实践,本文对如何科学、合理地开展本科生双导师制进行了探索,旨在提高中医学本科生的学习成绩、科研能力和临床技能。Undergraduate dual-tutor system can solve some problems and contradictions existing in currentundergraduate education of TCM.Our school has carried out the teaching reform practice of the double-teacher systemin theory and clinical courses.This article explores how to scientifically and reasonably develop the dual-tutor system forundergraduates in order to improve the academic performance,research ability and clinical skills of Chinese medicalundergraduates.
