摘　　要：目的:探讨在医学早期教育过程中渗透微创观念的优势和必要性。方法:通过使用"问卷星"发布问卷的方式调查南京医科大学在校临床医学专业本科生对于微创外科的相关看法,用SPSS软件对数据进行分析。结果:选修过微创外科相关选修课的同学对微创外科的了解程度明显高于没有选修的同学。结论:医学早期教育过程中渗透微创外科相关知识具有明显的优势和创新性,应加以完善和推广。Objective：Explore the advantages and necessity of penetrating minimally invasive concept in the earlystage of medical education.Methods：A questionnaire was used to investigate the relevant opinions on the minimallyinvasive surgery of the undergraduates in Nanjing Medical University,.The data were analyzed with SPSS software.Results：The students who had selected minimally invasive surgery elective courses had a better understanding ofminimally invasive surgery than those who did not.Conclusion：Penetratation of minimally invasive surgery knowledgein early medical education has obvious advantages and creativity,and it should be improved and promoted.
