摘　　要：皮肤科是住院医师规范化培训重要的组成部分,医学美容在皮肤科中的地位越来越重要,本文探讨了皮肤科住院医师规范化培训中医学美容观念培养和建立的措施。Department of dermatology is an important part of standardized training for residents.Medical cosmeticplays an increasingly important role in Department of dermatology.This article discusses the measures for training andestablishing the concept of Cosmetology in the standardized training of residents in Department of dermatology.
