摘　　要：生物信息学(bioinformatics)作为一门新兴的交叉学科,对于现代生命科学和医学研究具有重大意义。文章对当前生物信息学教学现状以及蚌埠医学院教学实际情况作了一些介绍,同时提出了一些目前生物信息学教学中存在的问题。结合现阶段各个高校实施的大学生创新训练,将生物信息学高效地运用于医学本科生的教学及科研中。Bioinformatics, a new interdiscipline, has great significance in modem life sciences and medical research. This paper in- troduces the status and the teaching practice of bioinformatics teaching in Bengbu Medical College. Meanwhile, it also points out some existing problems in bioinformatics teaching. Given the present training practice of students＇ innovative ability in colleges and universi- ties, the bioinformatics should be applied efficiently in the education and scientific research of medical undergraduates.
