摘 要:选取中空玻璃微珠及实心微珠作为填料,考察两种填料对TDE-85/E-51/B-63/70酸酐体系耐烧蚀性、拉伸性能的影响,并通过TG考察了对体系热失重状态。结果表明,加入中空玻璃微珠/环氧体系力学性能及耐烧蚀性能更加优异;在900℃时,中空玻璃微珠/环氧体系热失重最小为55%,纯环氧体系为20%。The influence of two kinds of fillers on the ablation resistance and tensile properties of TDE-85/E-51/B-63/70 anhydride system was investigated by hollow glass beads(HGB) and solid microbeads. The thermal weightlessness state of the system was investigated by TG. The results showed that the mechanical properties and ablation resistance of the HGB/epoxy system were the best. The minimum weight loss of the HGB/epoxy system was 55% and the pure epoxy system was 20% at 900℃.
