阿尔茨海默病患者血清中脂联素和瘦素水平的研究

摘　　要：目的探究阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者血清中脂联素和瘦素水平变化的临床意义。方法选取2010年12月至2015年12月河北省唐山市工人医院收治的32例AD患者(AD组),35例轻度认知障碍(MCI)患者(MCI组)以及30例健康者(对照组)为研究对象,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法测定各组血清中脂联素和瘦素的水平并进行比较。结果三组受试者血清中脂联素、瘦素比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),AD组和MCI组患者血清中脂联素和瘦素水平低于对照组[(24.58±5.08)μg/L、(35.33±5.63)μg/L比(47.58±5.72)μg/L;(2.79±0.81)μg/L、(4.96±0.75)μg/L比(6.83±0.85)μg/L](P<0.05),且AD组低于MCI组(P<0.05);AD患者血清脂联素和瘦素与简明精神状态检查量表评分(MMSE)呈正相关(r=0.643和0.684,均P<0.05)。结论脂联素和瘦素的水平在AD患者血清中显著降低,且与MMSE呈正相关。Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of adiponectin and leptin in serum of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease（ AD）. Methods From Tangshan City Workers Hospital during Dec. 2010 and Dec. 2015,we selected 32 patients with AD as an AD group; selected 35 patients with mild cognitive impairment（ MCI） as a MCI group;selected 30 healthy people as a control group. ELISA was used to measure the serum contents of adiponectin（ ADP） and leptin（ LP） of the three groups. Results The serum content of ADP and LP of the three groups were significantly different（ P〈 0. 01）. The serum content of ADP and LP of the AD group and MCI group were significantly lower than that of the control group[ADP：（ 24. 58 ± 5. 08） μg/L,（ 35. 33 ± 5. 63） μg/L vs（ 47. 58 ± 5. 72） μg/L; AD：（ 2. 79 ± 0. 81） μg/L,（ 4. 96 ± 0. 75） μg/L vs（ 6. 83 ± 0. 85） μg/L]（ P 〈0. 05）,ADP and LP of the AD group were significantly lower than those of the MCI group（ P〈 0. 05）. The serum content of ADP and LP of the AD group were positively correlated with minimental state examination（ MMSE）（ r = 0. 643 and 0. 684,both P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The serum levels of ADP and LP of patients with AD decrease significantly,and are positively correlated with MMSE.
