高职生希望感与心理健康的关系研究:自我控制的中介作用

摘　　要：采用成人希望特质量表(ADHS)、自我控制双系统量表(DMSC-S)与流调用抑郁自评量表(CES-D)对5 641名高职生进行调查,探索高职生希望感、自我控制与心理健康的关系。研究结果:(1)高职生的希望感、自我控制与抑郁水平呈负相关;(2)希望感中路径思维对抑郁水平的影响部分是以自我控制为中介实现的。In this study,5 641 higher vocational college students were surveyed using ADHS,DMSC-S,and CES-D to explore the relationship between hope,self-control and mental health of higher vocational college students. The results indicated that：（ 1） Hope,self-control and depression of higher vocational college students were negatively correlated;（ 2） The effect of pathways thoughts on mental health dependence could partly be explained by the mediation effect of self-control.
