摘　　要：本文分析了广东轨道交通行业的发展趋势,在对国内外相应专业进行调研的基础上,对机电一体化技术专业在专业定位、课程体系与教学改革等方面进行了探索,在培养具有轨道交通特色的机电一体化人才过程中取得了一定的经验与成就,进行订单班培养模式改革,形成了中高职衔接培养体系,并利用工学结合园中的"校中厂"和校内实习基地,强化学生的实践动手能力,毕业生得到社会认可。The paper analyzes the developing trend of rail transit industry in Guangdong. It explores major orientation,curriculum and teaching reform of mechatronics technique major after a survey on the relative majors at home and abroad. Some experiences and achievements have been gained during the cultivation of talents with characteristics of rail transit： A training mode of ＂the ordered-class＂,a training system of connection of secondary and higher vocational education,combined with ＂the plant in the school＂in the garden of work-integrated learning and in-campus internship base,are used to strengthen the practical ability of the students. Therefore,the graduates have received high recognition of society.
