摘　　要：目的探讨护士对姑息关怀的认知、做法及态度情况。方法采取立意取样方法 ,选择新疆某肿瘤医院姑息科护士,以质性研究的现象学方法为指导,对12名护士进行半结构式访谈并进行资料分析。结果访谈资料分析提炼出4个主题:(1)姑息关怀理念认知;(2)姑息关怀实施情况;(3)对家属的干预;(4)姑息关怀实施面临的问题。结论护士对姑息关怀实施持积极态度,但相关知识缺乏,姑息关怀投入不足,应加强姑息关怀知识的教育及理念的推广。Objective To explore the cognition, practice and attitude of palliative department nurses to palliative care.Methods With the method of intention sampling, 12 nurses from Xinjiang Cancer Hospital were enrolled in the study. With the phenomenological method, the nurses were interviewed with semi-structured interviewing, the acquired data analyzed. Result 4 themes were extracted from the data： understanding of palliative care, implementation of palliative care, intervention on family members and problems at implementation of palliative care. Conclusion Palliative care nurses have a positive attitude towards palliative care.The promotion of palliative care should be strengthened.
