健康教育模式在妊娠期糖尿病患者自我健康管理中的作用

摘　　要：随着我国人民生活水平的提高和劳动强度的下降以及对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的规范性筛查和诊断的重视,我国GDM发病率呈急剧上升的趋势。在GDM的综合性防治中,关键是健康教育。通过多种形式的宣教,使GDM患者学会自我健康知识、科学饮食管理、适当运动、定期监测血糖和合理用药,预防GDM合并症和并发症的发生,改善母儿预后。本文就各种健康教育管理模式和教学模式在GDM患者自我健康管理中的作用进行综述。As the improvement of people’s living standards, the reduce of the labor intensity, along with the standardization of gestational diabetes mellitus （ GDM） screening and diagnosis, the more attention paid on GDM, the incidence of GDM in China is sharp rising. Health education is the most important in the comprehensive management of GDM. Through a variety of forms of propaganda and education, could lead the GDM patients learn to self-health management, scientific diet management, proper exercise, regular monitoring of blood sugar, rational use of medicines, prevent the complications of pregnancy and improve the pregnancy outcome. This article reviews the current researchs of various healthy education management modes and teaching modes and their effect in the self-health management of GDM patients.
