摘 要:采用正交试验分析了不同环境条件对念珠藻地木耳(Nostoc commune Vauch)生物量和多糖分泌的影响。结果表明,在适宜的温度、光强、盐度和UV-B处理对地木耳的生长、胞外多糖分泌及其抗氧化能力有明显的促进作用。培养条件为光照强度100μmol/(m2·s)、温度30℃、Na Cl浓度0 mmol/L和UVB辐射强度10 k J/(m2·d)时,地木耳有最大的相对生长率;光照强度200μmol/(m2·s)、温度35℃、Na Cl浓度40 mmol/L和UV-B辐射强度20 k J/(m2·d)时,胞外多糖的分泌强度最高,温度和UV-B处理分别对相对生长率和胞外多糖含量的提高有显著效果。Impact of different environmental factors on growth and polysaccharides characteristics of Nostoc commune Vauch from Shenzhen seashore were analysed by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that under the appropriate conditions of temperature,illumination intensity,inorganic salt and UV-B treatment,the relative growth rate(RGR),the content and the antioxidant capacity of extracellular polysaccharides were significantly stimulated. The culture conditions were that 30 ℃ temperature,0 mmol/L Na Cl,100 μmol/(m2·s) illumination intensity and 10 k J/(m2·d) UV-B treatment,the relative growth rate was the highest. When the conditions were that 35 ℃ temperature,Na Cl concentration at 40 mmol/L,illumination intensity at 200μmol/(m2·s) and UV-B treatment at 20 k J/(m2·d),the extracellular po1 ysaccharides concentration were the highest. The most significant factor for the relative growth rate(RGR) and EPSs were temperature and UV-B treatment,respectively.
