摘  要:针对反舰导弹过载控制系统中执行机构饱和约束问题,提出了一种超前动态抗饱和控制器设计方案。控制器设计采用二步法,首先不考虑执行机构饱和限制,采用滑模控制方法设计了标准控制器;然后,在标准控制器中加入超前动态抗饱和补偿器,克服饱和因素引起的不良影响。为了对导弹建模中的汇总不确定项进行估计,设计了扩张状态观测器作为估计器。仿真分析表明,当不加入抗饱和补偿器时执行机构存在饱和工作状态;而加入超前动态抗饱和补偿器时执行机构完全脱离了饱和工作状态,提高了反舰导弹过载控制系统的控制性能。A design scheme of an anticipatory dynamic anti-windup controller is proposed for the problem of actuator’s saturation in overload control system of anti-warship missile. The controller design adopts a two-step approach. Firstly,the saturation limit isn’t considered,and a nominal controller is designed by applying sliding mode control method. Secondly,an anticipatory dynamic anti-windupcompensator is joined the nominal controller to overcome the harmful effect of saturation element. In order to estimate the lumped uncertainty of missile model,an extended state observer is designed as the estimate machine. Simulation analysis shows that the actuator exists saturation work state without joining anti-windupcompensator,whereas it wholly breaks away from saturation work state with joining anticipatory dynamicanti-windupcompensator,which improves the control performance of overload control system of anti-warship missile.
