丹参注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效及对血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨丹参注射液联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者的治疗效果,并分析其对血液流变学指标的影响。方法选取本院2015年8月到2017年7月收治的急性脑梗死患者80例,根据乱数表法将其分为联合组与对照组,两组均为40例。其中联合组给予丹参注射液和依达拉奉联合治疗,对照组仅给予依达拉奉单独治疗。对比两组患者的总有效率、不良情况、神经功能,比较治疗前和治疗14d后血液流变学各项指标。结果 联合组总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患者在治疗过程中出现恶心2例、呕吐1例,不良反应发生率为7.50%,对照组出现恶心、呕吐各1例,不良反应发生率为5.00%,两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。经过14 d的治疗,两组患者NIHSS评分均较治疗前降低(t=4.332、2.086,P<0.05),且联合组NIHSS评分为(15.58±2.23)分,低于对照组的(16.64±2.41)分(P<0.05)。经过14d的治疗,全血高切黏度、红细胞压积、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度较治疗前降低,且与对照组相比,联合组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论 丹参注射液与依达拉奉联合治疗急性脑梗死患者具有较好的临床疗效,改善NIHSS评分,降低血液流变学指标水平,且安全性较好,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the treatment effect of Danshen injection combined with Edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, and analyze its influence on hemorheological indexes.Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from August 2015 to July 2017 were selected, and divided into combined group and control group according to random table method, 40 cases in each group.The combined group were treated with Danshen injection combined with edaravone, while the control group were given edaravone alone.The clinical efficacy, adverse reaction incidence and neurological function of the two groups were compared.Moreover, the hemorheological indexes of the two groups were compared before treatment and 14 days after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the combined group were 97.50%, which was higher than the control group（72.50%）, with statistically significant differences（P0.05）.During the treatment, two patients in the combined group had the symptom of nausea and one patient had vomiting, the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 7.50%, one patient in the control group had the symptom of nausea and one patient had vomiting, the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 5.00%, but the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant（P0.05）.After 14 days＇ treatment, the NIHSS scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment（t = 4.332, 2.086,P0.05）.The NIHSS score of the combined group was（ 15.58±2.23）,lower than that of the control group（16.64±2.41）（P0.05）.After 14-day treatment, the whole blood high shear viscosity, hematocrit, whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment.The reduction of the combined group was more obvious than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Danshen injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has better clinical efficacy, which can significantly improve NIHSS scores and r
