中国调解文化的特征分析及跨文化传播意义

摘　　要：中国文化作为东方集体主义文化的代表,十分注重社会的和谐关系,而调解文化正是这种重和谐的集体主义文化之下的产物。中国的调解文化表现为对外、对内两个层面:对外层面表现为和平交流,对内表现为和平共处。调解文化形成并发挥作用的原因,主要是中国传统的农业经济生产形式与儒释道相融合形成的具有多元性的中国传统文化价值观。研究调解文化的心理结构、调解者的身份特性、社会角色、语言技巧等能为跨文化传播提供新的方法,促进学界对跨文化传播中调解者身份及作用的思考,有助于调解全球文化冲突,从而促进对话与和平。As the representative of the oriental collectivist culture,Chinese culture pays great attention to the harmonious relationship of society.The culture of mediation is the product of this kind of harmonious collectivist culture.China＇s mediation culture is manifested in two aspects：external and internal.At the external level,it is a peaceful exchange,and the internal performance is peaceful coexistence.The reason for the formation and exertion of mediation culture is mainly due to the diversity of traditional Chinese culture values formed by the integration of traditional agricultural economic production form and Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism.the psychological structure of social culture on mediation behavior,the mediator＇s identity,social roles,mediators of language skills can provide a new method for cross-cultural communication,promote the academic thinking of the status and role of mediation in intercultural communication,to boost the global cultural conflict mediation the promotion of peace and dialogue.
