摘　　要：对江苏省地方本科院校毕业生就业观进行了抽样调查,调查结果表明,地方本科院校毕业生在就业取向、就业心态、就业方式等方面还存在一定问题。为此,地方本科院校应以学校和学生为变革主体,不断强化就业指导,调整择业心态;拓展就业渠道,鼓励学生创业;优化培养模式,提高综合素质。The sampling survey of graduates＇ employment view in Jiangsu undergraduate colleges and universities shows that there are still some problems in the employment orientation,employment mentality and employment mode in the graduates of the local undergraduate colleges and universities.In order to solve these problems,taking local undergraduate colleges and universities and students themselves as the main body of change,we should constantly strengthen employment guidance,adjust the mentality of choosing jobs,expand employment channels,encourage students to start their business,optimize the training mode and improve the comprehensive quality.
